Director
Dieperink specialises in Dispute Resolution and more specifically in Commercial Litigation.

His experience includes commercial recoveries, notarial bonds, contractual disputes, interdicts, liquidations, sequestrations and general litigation. He also heads the Supreme Court of Appeal division with the dedicated assistance of Lazyja Venter.
Dieperink started his career at Symington De Kok as a candidate attorney in 2006 and was appointed a Director in 2016.

Mediation is the art of finding an amicable solution for two opposing parties in such a way that the solution can be implemented practically.

Constitutional Law
