Natalie is a Conveyancer and Notary at our Bloemfontein branch. Natalie was appointed at Symington de Kok as an associate in 2010. She specialises in all legal property related matters including drafting and negotiating of Agreements of Sale and Lease as well as Opening of Townships Registers and Sectional Title Registers. She also specialises in the Property Development Processes which includes applications for sub-division, consolidation and Rezoning. As a Notary her work includes the drafting of Notarial agreements, Registration of Servitudes, Antenuptual Agreements and Notarial Agreements of Lease.
