Associate
André is an Associate in the debt collection and litigation department. He specialises in general litigation, in various matters, in both the Magistrate’s Court and High Court as well as matters relating to debt collection. He has sound knowledge of labour related matters and has chaired disciplinary hearings and appeared in the CCMA, various Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court.
André obtained his law degree from the University of the Free State in December 2014 and was admitted as a practising attorney in 2017.
