ASSOCIATE

Natalie has been an asset to our Bloemfontein branch since 2006. She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2010; as a Notary in 2011; and appointed Senior Associate in 2021. She specialises in all legal property-related matters including drafting and negotiating of Agreements of Sale and Lease, as well as Opening of Townships Registers and Sectional Title Registers. She also specialises in the Property Development Processes which include applications for sub-division, consolidation and rezoning. As a Notary her work includes the drafting of Notarial Agreements, Registration of Servitudes, Antenuptual Agreements and Notarial Agreements of Lease.
