GWEN JOHNSTONE

DIRECTOR

Gwen practices as an Attorney and Conveyancer at the Bloemfontein branch of Symington & de Kok. She joined our Conveyancing Department in 2006, was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2007 and was appointed as Director in the Commercial and Deeds Department in 2016.

She heads our specialised Bond Centre and assists most of the major financial institutions in solidifying their securities. She is involved in the drafting and negotiating of Agreements of Sale and Lease for Commercial-; Farming-; and Residential Properties. Commercial work – including registration of Close Corporations and Trusts – as well as Property Development Processes, all fall within her scope of work.
