SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Nelius is an Associate in our Insolvency Law Department. He specialises in the Administration of Insolvent Estates, as well as Business Rescue Proceedings.

Nelius obtained his LLB at the University of the Free State in 2019 and joined Symington de Kok in 2020 as a Candidate Attorney. He was admitted as an attorney in 2021, whereafter he obtained certification as an Insolvency Practitioner and as such is currently listed on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Trustees and Liquidators. Nelius assists in all aspects associated with insolvency, including Sequestrations; Liquidations and Debt Recovery.
