Stefani is a Director in the Debt Collection Department of our Bloemfontein branch. She obtained her LLB in 2006 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2009. She specialises in General Litigation, with a focus on Automatic Rental Interdicts and Eviction Applications as well as Lease Agreement Disputes. Currently Stefani is focused on Corporation Debt Collections for several banks, financial credit associations and major service delivery institutions.

Stefani also oversees the hiring and training processes for new employees in the Collections Department. Together with Mr. Pierre Joubert, Kutlwano is a member of the Candidate Attorney Recruitment Team and supervises the Professional Development Program for Candidate Attorneys.
