Roshaan obtained his LLB degree from the University of the Free State in 2016, having commenced his studies in 2011. He completed his articles at a top-tier law firm and was admitted as an attorney in 2019.

He is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in debt recovery, litigation, negotiation, dispute resolution, and the identification and management of legal risks.

Roshaan currently practises as an Attorney in our Debt Collection Department, where he handles debt collection matters for financial institutions. He also conducts general litigation in both the Magistrates’ and High Courts and has extensive experience across a broad range of general litigation matters.
