KUTLWANO MOHALEROE

Kutlwano is a Director in the litigation and employment law department at our Bloemfontein branch. She started her professional career at Symington De Kok in 2006 as a Candidate Attorney.

Kutlwano’s diverse practice focuses on a wide range of Litigation matters in both the Magistrate and High Court where she represents financial institutions and Development Corporations with contractual disputes. She also has substantial experience in both debt Collection and employment law disputes.

This diverse background helps her develop creative strategies to advance client interests and conserve client resources while attaining desired results.

Together with Mr. Pierre Joubert, Kutlwano is a member of the Candidate Attorney recruitment team and she supervises the Professional Development Program for Candidate Attorneys at the firm.

In 2018 Kutlwano joined the Executive Management Committee and has been involved in management since.
