GERHARD DU TOIT

Gerhard is a Director in our Litigation Department. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2019 and started practising at the firm the same year, first as a Candidate Attorney and then as a Professional Assistant. He has experience in general litigation in both the Magistrate’s Court and High Court, as well as dealing with sequestrations and corporate recoveries. He is also involved in Family Law-related litigation.
