DIRECTOR

Giles was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary in 1998. He is a Director in the Commercial and Deeds Department, where he specialises in all property-related matters, including the drafting and negotiating of Agreements of Sale and Lease as well as Opening of Townships Registers and Sectional Title Registers. He also specialises in Property Development Processes which include applications for sub-division, consolidation and re-zoning. Giles is involved in the drafting and reviewing of Commercial Agreements; Service Level Agreements, Memorandae of Understanding/Agreement, as well as Tenders and License Agreements. He completed his Baccalaureus Procurationis at the University of the Free State in 1995 and has a Diploma in Tax Practice from UNISA.
